This refund policy applies to all orders placed on the website https://boostap.store/ (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), operated by Boostap.


1. Nature of Products

Boostap offers digital and physical cards designed to help users collect Google customer reviews more easily.
These products are delivered either in digital or printed form, depending on the Client’s choice, and are considered customized or made-to-order products.


2. Refund Before Delivery

An order may be cancelled and fully refunded only if:

  • The request is made before the product/service has been shipped or delivered,
  • The product has not yet been generated, customized, or activated.

All refund requests must be sent to contact@boostap.store.


3. No Refund After Delivery

Given the nature of the products sold, no refund will be issued once:

- The card has been generated, sent, or activated.

- The product has been delivered and matches the description provided at the time of purchase.

No refund will be granted in cases of:

  • Customer ordering errors,
  • Non-use of the product or service,
  • Technical incompatibility not reported in advance.

4. Non-Conforming Products or Delivery Errors

In the event of an error attributable to Boostap (e.g., wrong version of a card, personalization mistake, or delivery issue), the Client may request:

  • replacement at no additional cost,
  • or a full refund, after verification of the error.

Such requests must be sent by email to contact@boostap.store within 7 days of delivery, along with all necessary supporting documentation (e.g., photos, order details).


5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, using the same payment method as the one used for the original order.
