These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern all sales made through the website https://boostap.store/ (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), operated by Boostap, between:

The Seller: Boostap

and any buyer (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") who places an order for a product available on the Site.

Article 1 – Purpose

These TCS define the terms and conditions under which Boostap sells and delivers personalized physical cards designed to help businesses collect customer reviews on Google.

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the Client.

Article 2 – Products

The products sold are printed physical cards that include a QR code or a personalized link redirecting to the Client’s Google Reviews page.

Each card is customized based on the information provided by the Client (name, business, Google link, etc.).

Product descriptions (size, material, visuals, and function) are displayed on the Site as accurately as possible. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the product ordered meets their needs.

Article 3 – Orders

Orders are placed directly on the Site according to the following process:

Product selection
Personalization and entry of required information
Order confirmation
Full and immediate payment

No order will be processed without prior payment.
Any confirmed order is final and binding, subject to acceptance by Boostap.

The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros, including all applicable taxes (TTC).
Boostap reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, by credit card or any other payment method offered on the Site.

No discounts or deferred payments are accepted.

Article 5 – Delivery

5.1 Delivery Method

Cards are shipped physically by post to the address provided by the Client when placing the order. Delivery is handled by a third-party carrier.

5.2 Delivery Time

Production and shipping times are estimated between 5 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
These timelines are provided for reference and may vary depending on order volume or logistical circumstances.

Boostap commits to delivering within a reasonable time and will notify the Client in case of significant delay.

5.3 Order Tracking

A confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent once the order is dispatched, allowing the Client to follow the delivery status.

Article 6 – No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products made specifically for the Client.

No refund or return will be accepted once personalized cards are in production or delivered.

Article 7 – Claims and Returns

In the event of a proven error by Boostap (wrong item, manufacturing defect, etc.), the Client may request either:

A free replacement, or
A refund, at Boostap’s discretion.

Any claim must be submitted by email to contact@boostap.store within 7 days of receiving the product, and must include clear photos of the item in question.

No return will be accepted without prior approval from the customer service team.

Article 8 – Liability

Boostap cannot be held responsible for:

Errors in the information provided by the Client
Improper use of the product
Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Any event of force majeure

Article 9 – Personal Data

Data collected during the order process (name, address, Google link, etc.) are used exclusively for production, delivery, and customer service purposes.

In accordance with the GDPR, the Client may exercise their rights (access, correction, deletion) by contacting contact@boostap.store.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All visuals, templates, designs, and materials created by Boostap are protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Article 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
Failing that, the courts of Paris, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
